A well-executed classic! These mussels share the same qualities as the Real Conservera brand mussels, they're just a little smaller. They are protected under the Designation of Origin "Mexillón de Galicia" which is the best-producing area located by the Ría de Arosa. The placement and packaging are done manually by expert hands to guarantee the best presentation, selecting piece by piece according to its size. They are quickly fried in olive oil and coated with Real Conservera escabeche sauce made with natural paprika, black pepper, cloves, and laurel.
